I’d dabbled in a few workouts at home. The odd Barre workout, long power walks with the Mini one, a spot of Pilates and Yoga or even a few weights here and there, but time to step it up a level.
The point is, this holiday is creeping up on me – and the last thing I want to be fashioning is a soft pillow like belly and Play-Doh legs in my bikini. So on a mission I go.
