There are many ways in which you can track your progress… weight, body photo diary, food diary.
Mine? Well, I know when I’m on the up when I realise that instead of demolishing a bag of Twirl Bites AND a bag of Giant Milkybar Buttons every night (I did tell you I’ve obtained a slight chocolate addiction)… I’ve gone almost four days with those bags still in tact in my drawer. They wouldn’t have lasted a single minute last week. Now look at me!!! I’m a walking success story!
In fact, I feel a little lighter already. I really do.
Some might say I deserve to be rewarded with a treat night… Say, maybe open one of the bags? No? Too soon? OK.
