Admittedly I’ve not been perfect, in fact – I’ve come to realise this will never be the case. Plus. It’s boring.
I have improved, and so long as I improve, I can’t feel guilty about the cheesecake I might have eaten – twice.
Over the last couple of weeks I’ve jogged, I’ve power-walked, I’ve Zumba’d, I’ve boxed, I’ve lifted weights… so all in all, and I think you’ll agree here, things are definitely on the up, and I’m feeling determined to keep it that way – and that, my friends, is half the battle.
