Day: I always feel determined at the end of it…


Does anyone else share my weird theory of always finding your inner strength to be good, at the END of the day???

Don’t get me wrong, I know exactly why this is. Let me tell you…

After being fairly good all day, but not really (meaning you’ve allowed yourself to indulge a little in the good sh*t), you figured you’re satisfied enough to have the strength the be good the next day.
And then it happens all over again. I’d call it a vicious cycle but let’s face it, it’s a pretty good way to live. My meals are healthy… my snacks, not so much. It’s a balanced diet.

I have been running though, I need to up the anti with Dubai in sight. So the happy snacking is acceptable while I’m moving more!
