Today I did a slightly longer route than my normal morning jog. After my heavy Friday night, I didn’t want to start slipping – so an extra long jog this morning sorted me right out! PLUS I’ll be having dinner round Mumma D’s this afternoon, which means 3 taster puddings.
And by ‘taster’ I mean ‘full sized portions’.
I haven’t weighed myself recently, but what I have done is a picture diary… No massive changes admittedly, but maybe half a centimetre change since my last picture around my waist/hips… I’m happy with that for now.
