Day Sixteen: Back on Track (with a wine to celebrate)

I’ve had a good day! I’ve eaten well,  I’ve not snacked, I had a portion of last nights super healthy dinner for lunch, I’ve drank water, and am now enjoying an antioxidant infused glass of red. I’ve even signed myself up for a leisurely run on Sunday… definitely nothing to do with the cake offer that followed. Urgh, no way.

I’ve come to realise that I really do reward myself with food. Woof.
