Day One: Success

 

Admittedly I did avoid the gym like the plague today! It’ll be full of fresh wobbly meat wanting to get fit. Bravo… now get lost, you’re taking up precious machine time! Instead I lifted a weight or two at home. Might have done the odd sit-up.

Oh, and these arrived today too; supposed to help curb snack cravings between meals. I’ll let you know how I get on…
